GRAND CHIZET GROUP (legally Chizet Multiglobal) was founded in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2000 by Hon. Chief Chimezie Njoku. What began as a single supply and import operation has grown into a diversified private holding company with a portfolio spanning two continents and multiple sectors.

From our origins in global trade, we expanded into real estate, beauty and wellness, and digital solutions in South Africa before establishing a strategic presence in Nigeria in 2017. In 2020, we launched Grand Chizet Hotels & Suites — our flagship hospitality brand. The Group introduced IHB Salon & Spa to Owerri in 2024, followed by IHB Digital Solutions in late 2025.

Today, GRAND CHIZET GROUP operates as a private holding company with majority ownership in a diversified portfolio of operating businesses. We focus on building and scaling companies with strong fundamentals, clear market positioning, and long-term growth potential across Africa.
